2021 POOL SEASON
Dear Homeowner,
We are excited to announce the opening of the pool on Saturday, May 29 for Memorial Day weekend. This pool season is extra special, because we are easing out of Corona Virus restrictions and can enjoy more activities together. We look forward to a wonderful season of fun. Please read the rest of this letter for important information on steps that the Association is taking to protect all residents and their guests.
The Pool will be open from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM every day (weather pending) until Labor Day, Monday September 6.
The Association will be following CDC, State and Local Health Department guidance during the 2021 pool season. See information from Center for Disease Control. If the CDC and other health departments guidance changes during the pool season, the Association may have to make adjustments.
In line with many community associations in our region, the Association is implementing procedures to help mitigate the risk of the virus. This includes asking all residents and their guests to sign a one time Assumption of Risk Waiver before using the pool for the first time and verifying that they have not been exposed or experiencing symptoms of the virus before entering the pool. When CDC guidelines recommend, social distancing and wearing masks will be required. Sanitizer dispensers will be located around the pool. Residents and their guests should bring their own wipes to clean pool furniture.
Signing Assumption of Risk Waiver
Each adult using the pool for the first time will be required to sign the Electronic waiver. Parents and Guardians must also complete the waiver for all minor children using the pool. Minors under 18 cannot sign their own waiver. Once the online waiver has been completed and signed, you will receive an email confirmation that you can show at the pool. The waiver can be completed on any electronic device that has internet access. If you do not have access to the internet, a paper copy can be mailed to you or you may request one at the pool.
Corona Virus Verification Sign In
Each adult entering the pool will be required to sign the electronic Corona Virus Verification Form . Parents and Guardians must also complete the Corona Virus Verification Form for all minor children using the pool. Minors under 18 cannot sign their own Corona Virus Verification Form. Once the online Corona Virus Verification Form has been completed and signed, you will receive an email confirmation that you can show at the pool. The Corona Virus Verification Form can be completed on any electronic device that has internet access. This can also be done before arriving at the pool. If you do not have access to the internet, a paper copy can be provided at the pool.
Pool Rules
Enclosed you will find the 2021 Pool Rules. Please make sure that you read these carefully.
Pool Passes
Two pool passes for each household are enclosed. They were designed so that they can be attached to your key ring. Residents and their guests will not be admitted to the pool without showing their pool pass to the lifeguard, and showing that they have signed the Corona Virus Verification form. Owners with tenants, please make sure your tenants have a copy of the Pool rules and regulations, receive the pool tags, as well as sign the waiver. Lost pool tags will be replaced at a charge of $25.00 each. Only residents in good standing will receive pool tags. Please contact Jessica Knippenberg at jknippenberg@camcomgmt.com or call 610-350-4022 if your pool tags are not enclosed with the mailed version of this notice.
Sincerely,
Jessica Knippenberg, CMCA,
Director/Community Manager/Daylesford Lake Condominium Association
